Exchange policy

Chateau offers an exchange policy applicable with the following conditions:-

- If the item was purchased based on the given size chart (XS-XXL), exchanging to a different size of the same outfit or a different one is permitted. Shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

- If the dress was custom ordered to the measurements given by the customer, exchange is not permissible under any circumstances. Complimentary alterations will be feasible once free of charge. Shipping cost will be at the customers expense.
- ⁠Any further alterations will be charged.
- ⁠In case any alterations is requested due to item received with wrong measurements, C h a t e a u will be responsible to cover all fees to replace or fix the item.

- If the customer does not wish to exchange immediately, a store credit note may be provided after the exchangeable item has been returned. This credit note will be valid for 3 months from the date of exchange.

- Refunds are not permitted.
