Priority Service means your product is prepared earlier than standard orders, resulting in earlier dispatch and shipping.
Priority Service can be selected on the product page. The fee varies by product and falls within a range of AED 150–300, with the exact charge clearly displayed on the product page before purchase.
Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.
Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on product weight and the delivery location entered.

In some cases, if the system detects that the delivery address is within a remote area, a higher shipping fee may apply.
If this occurs, customers may choose to:

Proceed with the shipping fee displayed for the selected address.
All shipping fees shown at checkout are system-calculated and final based on the provided details.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applied upon delivery. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer, and are not included in the shipping fee paid at checkout.

Once your order is fulfilled and sent out for delivery, tracking details will be made available.

You can track your order by:

Copying the tracking number next to 'Other'

Pasting the tracking number in the opened page to view shipment status
Alternatively, you can track your order using the tracking link and tracking number that will be sent to you once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched.
For guest customers (not signed up):
If you placed your order without creating an account, you will receive a tracking link and tracking number via email or message once your order is fulfilled and dispatched.
